Please take the following into account when placing your order.

Here at faeryns.com, we take a great deal of pride in our service and products. In order to provide you with the highest quality experience, orders are processed Monday-Thursday* (excluding holidays).

Additional Notes:

-Orders placed after 6pm (PT) may not be processed until the next business day.

-Orders placed after 10am (PT) on Thursday may not be processed until the following Monday*.

-Orders received Friday-Sunday will be processed Monday*.

-All provided shipping times are estimated, and begin once your order leaves our facility.

-USPS Priority is a 1-3 day service**. Delivery varies based on the order date, time and USPS handling.

-USPS Priority International Service [Not Currently Available].

- FedEx or UPS available upon request. Transit times based on service chosen.

-Tracking is provided on all orders. faeryns.com is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.

-If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, you will be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us.

faeryns.com cannot be held responsible for damage or delays occurring in transit.
